About This Role

The successful candidate will become part of our established Senior Management Team. The role will involve a teaching commitment which will be planned with the successful candidate to enable adequate management time to complete the essential role of SENDCo at our school.
We are looking for:
v Somebody who is passionate about meeting the needs of all pupils
v Someone with experience supporting a range of pupils across the primary phase
v An organised, innovative, confident practitioner with good interpersonal skills;
v Someone dedicated to professional development and holds or is happy to study for the National Award for SENCos
v Someone who can evidence leadership experience/skill set
