Teaching Assistant - EYFS (plus opportunities to cover Level 4)

At Kingsley, we are looking for an enthusiastic and committed EYFS Teaching Assistant. The successful candidate must be able to build positive relationships with their pupils and will actively promote the school values - Respect, Aspiration, Integrity, Synergy and Endeavour.

We are looking for a person who has:

• A good level of English and Maths
• An ability to build good working relationships with adults and children
• High-expectations of behaviour
• An ability to support teachers in raising standards
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Qualities such as being caring, positive, flexible, enthusiastic and reliable
• An interest in playing a full-part in all aspects of school life
• Ability to assist with lunchtime supervision
• The confidence to cover the class when necessary
