Qualifications:
- A recognized UK teaching qualification, such as B.Ed, PGCE, PGDE, or an equivalent (a PGCE/PGDE must be paired with a subject-relevant Bachelor's Degree).
Successful candidates must possess:
- In-depth subject knowledge, along with considerable experience in the British curriculum.
- A genuine enthusiasm for their subject and the most effective teaching methods.
- A proven history of delivering exceptional teaching and learning experiences in Drama.
- A flexible and innovative working approach.
- A willingness to engage in the broader life of the school.
- A belief that every student has the potential for high achievement, coupled with the motivation to help them realize it.
Desirable attributes:
- Experience teaching students who speak English as an Additional Language.
- Familiarity with integrating technology into educational practices.
- Background in an international school environment.
- Capability to teach Art and/or Music at Key Stage 3 level.

APPOINTMENT PROCESS AND HOW TO APPLY
In line with our 'Safer Recruitment Policy', applications should be submitted via the TES portal in English. All employment offers are conditional upon satisfactory screening of references and appropriate criminal records checks. Additional steps, including social media reviews, may also be conducted.
Please provide the names and emails of three referees, one of whom should be your current Headteacher or Principal. References will be requested for all shortlisted candidates, so please indicate if you prefer that your current employer is not contacted at this stage.

Important notes:
Greek Applicants - You must possess a relevant degree and have completed the registry of teachers for private schools (Epetirida), or hold the qualifications to do so. Please note that international qualifications are not recognized as qualified teacher status for Greek candidates within Greece.
International Applicants - You must have a relevant Degree from the same country as your passport and hold a corresponding teaching qualification (QTS with completed NQT or equivalent) from your passport country. Please note that the iPGCE is currently not recognized in Greece, and language qualifications such as TESOL and DELTA are not accepted.
