Requirements and Experience:

Essential:

• A bachelor's degree relevant to the subject area or equivalent.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Strong subject expertise and a genuine enthusiasm for sharing knowledge with students.
• Experience in teaching GCSE and A Level courses.
• At least 3 years of teaching experience, although new teachers demonstrating potential for excellence will be considered.
• Ability to deliver consistently inspiring lessons with a proven track record of outstanding outcomes.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Evidence of commitment to ongoing professional development relevant to this role.
• Innovative ideas to enhance the department's profile within the school.
• ICT skills demonstrating the effective use of technology in modern classrooms.
• A commitment to the extra-curricular program.
• A dedication to the well-being and pastoral care of all students in your charge.
• An innovative, creative, and positive outlook.

Desirable:

• Experience working internationally or with students from diverse backgrounds.
