Requirements and Experience:
Essential:
- A bachelor's degree relevant to the subject area or equivalent.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong subject expertise and a genuine enthusiasm for sharing knowledge with students.
- Experience in teaching GCSE and A Level courses.
- At least 3 years of teaching experience, although new teachers demonstrating potential for excellence will be considered.
- Ability to deliver consistently inspiring lessons with a proven track record of outstanding outcomes.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Evidence of commitment to ongoing professional development relevant to this role.
- Innovative ideas to enhance the department's profile within the school.
- ICT skills demonstrating the effective use of technology in modern classrooms.
- A commitment to the extra-curricular program.
- A dedication to the well-being and pastoral care of all students in your charge.

Desirable:
