Candidates must be fluent in English, possess a relevant degree along with a primary-level teaching qualification, and have at least 2 years of teaching experience in schools that adhere to the National Curriculum of England.

Applicants should be able to showcase:

• Strong subject knowledge of the National Curriculum
• Familiarity with current UK educational initiatives and developments
• A strong commitment and aspiration to excel in learning, teaching, and educational leadership, believing that children can achieve high expectations in the right environment
• The ability to foster creative learning and focus on cultivating 21st-century learning environments and innovative skills
• Proficiency in utilizing IT to engage and enhance students' learning experiences
• Experience in analyzing data from internal assessments, standardized tests, and external evaluations to monitor student progress
• Experience with EAL students is beneficial but not mandatory
