About This Role
Cambridge International School (CIS) located in Bratislava, Slovakia, is looking to hire a qualified and motivated teacher to become a part of our Lower Primary School team. This position is intended for the 2025/26 academic year, with a start date in late August 2025.

The Desired Candidate
We welcome applications from individuals holding UK teaching qualifications (PGCE or B.Ed.) or equivalent international teaching credentials, ideally with experience in the Cambridge Primary Programme within an international context.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to educational excellence and international best practices. They should be creative, energetic, adaptable, and genuinely invested in the well-being of students, consistently showing respect for children, colleagues, parents, and the broader community. Previous experience in primary education is a mandatory requirement.

Initial contracts will be for a fixed term of two years, with the possibility of one-year extensions by mutual agreement. As is customary in quality schools, there will be a three-month probation period, with details outlined in the employment contracts.
