Skills and Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field (minimum requirement)
• At least 5 years of teaching experience, preferably with KS4 and KS5 students
• Comprehensive understanding of the Cambridge curriculum for Business Studies
• Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to motivate students
• Competence in incorporating technology into teaching practices
