Responsibilities
- Create and deliver engaging lessons that comply with the UK curriculum for Key Stage One learners.
- Cultivate a supportive and vibrant classroom environment that enhances learning and development.
- Continuously assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school administration to support student success.
- Promote positive behavior management strategies aligned with school policies.
Skills and Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field (minimum requirement).
- At least 2 years of experience teaching at the primary or elementary level.
- Comprehensive understanding of the UK National Curriculum for Key Stage One.
- Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to create lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Candidates must hold a British teaching qualification, such as PGCE or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
