Ideal Candidates Will Possess:

• A B.Ed or a degree relevant to the subject, along with a PGCE/PGDE or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in teaching GCSE and A-Levels
• The capability to share exemplary teaching practices
• An interest in career development, leadership, and sustainability
• A creative and enthusiastic demeanor both inside and outside the classroom
• Strong IT and interpersonal communication skills to collaborate effectively with students and parents
