Successful applicants must possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- A teaching qualification such as PGCE, QTS with an Induction Certificate, or an equivalent (the PGCE must be paired with a relevant Bachelor’s degree).
- A Master’s degree in Education or a related field (preferred).
- Leadership Qualifications: Advanced training or qualifications such as NPQSL (National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership) or equivalent (desirable).
- A minimum of four years of teaching experience (international experience is beneficial but not mandatory).
- Strong subject knowledge and extensive experience teaching the British National Curriculum across all key stages.
- A passion for creating a student-centered learning atmosphere.
- A dedication to professional development and a collaborative teaching approach.
- A proven history of delivering outstanding teaching and learning outcomes.
- A willingness to engage in extracurricular activities beyond regular school hours.
