Cycle 2 & 3 English Teacher

Yas School is seeking a talented Cycle 2 & 3 English Teacher to join our team in August 2026 for the academic year 2026-2027, with the possibility of an earlier start.

We are looking for a qualified educator with experience in UK or US curricula, and preferably with knowledge of the UAE Ministry of Education (MOE) curriculum.

In this teaching position at Yas School, you will be tasked with delivering engaging and effective lessons that support students’ academic progress, personal growth, and overall well-being. Your role will be crucial in enabling students to reach their full potential, preparing them to thrive as competitive global citizens while honoring and enhancing the UAE’s cultural heritage and Emirati identity.

As an educator, you will build strong relationships and maintain open communication with parents, colleagues, and students, while upholding high academic and behavioral standards that reflect the school’s ethos and policies. You will be committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and vibrant learning environment that encourages every student to excel.

The ideal candidate should have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a Post Graduate Diploma in Education in the relevant subject area.
• A Master’s Degree in Education/Educational Leadership or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, demonstrated by a minimum IELTS score of 6 or an equivalent qualification.
• Bilingual skills (English & Arabic) are highly desirable.
• A UAE Certified Teaching License or an equivalent qualification, or be in the process of obtaining one.
• At least 2 years of classroom teaching experience.
