About This Role
The Assistant Head of Secondary School plays a pivotal leadership role focused on the effective management and advancement of our academic and pastoral offerings within the institution. This position is responsible for overseeing curriculum innovation, student assistance, and the professional growth and development of our educators. Working alongside the Head of Secondary, Deputy Head Teacher, and Assistant Head (IBDPC), the Assistant Head guides essential members of both the academic and pastoral teams, ensuring the excellence of our programs and the teaching standards that empower all students to shape their futures.
As a vital member of the Secondary School Leadership Team, the Assistant Head of Secondary School also spearheads strategic initiatives and aids in comprehensive decision-making for the entire school. By engaging with various departments, parents, and students, the Assistant Head cultivates a unified and nurturing community of lifelong learners. This role presents a remarkable opportunity for a proactive leader to significantly influence the lives of students and the broader school community.
