Arabic Literacy Coach

Yas School is seeking to recruit a top-performing Arabic Literacy Coach to join our team in August 2026 for the 2026-2027 academic year, or sooner if possible.

At Yas School, we utilize the Ministry of Education (MOE) curriculum, focusing on inclusive education, enrichment, and preparing learners for the future. Founded in 2015, we are the largest single-campus K-12 government school, catering to over 1,750 boys and girls on our spacious campus.

We are in search of a qualified practitioner, familiar with either UK or US curricula, and ideally with experience in the UAE Ministry of Education (MOE) curriculum.

As an Arabic Literacy Coach, your duties will involve implementing targeted Arabic Literacy strategies as outlined in the Arabic Literacy improvement plan. This will include providing coaching and support for designated teachers, participating in team teaching, aiding in the execution of student intervention programs, and developing effective instructional plans and resources.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a Post Graduate Diploma in Education
• A Master’s Degree in Education/Educational Leadership or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in English, demonstrated by a minimum IELTS score of 6 or its equivalent
• Bilingual proficiency (English & Arabic) is essential
• A UAE Certified Teaching License or equivalent, or actively pursuing one
• At least 4 years of classroom teaching experience in either English or Arabic subject areas
• Previous coaching experience is a plus.
