GEMS Royal Dubai School is a vibrant, premium British curriculum school, currently educating students from FS1 to Year 8. We are proudly expanding to include a Nursery in January 2026 and Year 9 in September 2026, with a strategic growth plan leading to Year 13. Due to growth, we are looking for dynamic and passionate individuals to join us as a Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages for September 2026. Job Purpose:
To teach across Key Stage 2 and 3 (growing into Key Stage 4 and 5) as a subject specialist enabling an outstanding, holistic, and dynamic experience for our students which lead to exceptionally high outcomes.

Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
● Be committed to the pursuit of excellence for all
● Demonstrate very strong subject knowledge of two MFL subjects across Key Stages 2, 3, 4 (and 5) of the NCfE.
● Demonstrate exceptional leadership impact, including current knowledge of exam boards and pathways at Key Stage 4 and 5
● Deliver consistently outstanding teaching and learning experiences; collaborating and sharing best practice.
● Skilfully use student data to optimise progress and personalise learning
● Have a High Performance Mindset, being reflective and solution focused at all times
● Be creative and enthusiastic in approach to teaching
● Be committed to the safeguarding of, and the personal and social development of students
● Work effectively with colleagues, students and parents using excellent interpersonal skills
● Have aspiration to work in a World-Class school with real prospects for career enhancement
● Make a positive contribution to our school community and culture through active engagement in our extra-curricular programme and community based events
● Actively pursue your own professional development as a leader and teacher.
● To carry out any other reasonable duties as directed by the CEO and Principal

Compensation

£30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
