Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a teaching qualification appropriate for Key Stage 3, 4, and 5 Mathematics (e.g., B.Ed. and/or PGCE)

• Have confidence and a strong record of achieving outstanding results in teaching Mathematics at GCSE and A Level, specifically using the Edexcel specification

• Be knowledgeable about the Curriculum for England and Wales, along with its assessment practices

• Prioritize the pastoral care of students, understanding the importance of balancing academic and social growth, and be adept at identifying safeguarding concerns

• Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and maintain a positive attitude towards individual and collaborative professional development

• Be prepared to join Jebel Ali School in August 2026
