Educational Psychologist

Yas School is on the lookout for a highly skilled Educational Psychologist to become part of our team in August 2026 or even sooner.

We are searching for a candidate who is committed to upholding our school’s principles while fully appreciating the rich culture and heritage of the UAE. At Yas School, we implement the Ministry of Education (MOE) curriculum with a strong emphasis on inclusive education, enrichment, and preparing learners for the future. Established in 2015, we are the largest single-campus K-12 government institution, educating over 1750 boys and girls on our expansive campus.

We are looking for a qualified professional with experience in either UK or US curricula, and ideally familiarity with the UAE Ministry of Education (MOE) curriculum.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology or a Doctoral Degree in Educational Psychology
• A license or eligibility for licensing as a psychologist in the UAE
• Proficiency in English, evidenced by a minimum IELTS score of 6 or an equivalent qualification
• Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory
• A minimum of 4 years of experience as an Educational Psychologist, preferably within an educational environment
