TLC Private School is on the lookout for qualified primary teachers to join our esteemed primary team starting September 2026. The ideal candidate should possess a strong command of both spoken and written English, along with recent, relevant experience in teaching the English National Curriculum.

Role:

The selected candidate will undertake the professional responsibilities of a teacher as needed, adhering to the school's policies under the guidance of the Head of School. We seek an effective professional who displays comprehensive curriculum knowledge, is skilled in teaching and assessing, takes ownership of their professional development, and fosters student achievement.

Position: Primary Teacher

Contract Terms: Permanent

Education Stage: Elementary/Primary School

Subject: Primary/Elementary/Childhood Education

Skills and Qualifications:

- A minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar teaching position

- Knowledge of the United Kingdom primary education curriculum

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Capability to design engaging lesson plans and activities tailored to student needs

The successful candidate will:


Have the right to work in the EU


Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education; a Pedagogical degree is essential. Additional qualifications are a plus.


Possess a Professional Educator Diploma or other teaching qualifications (e.g., QTS, PGCE) if available.


Have relevant experience teaching the English National Curriculum


Be comfortable using technology in teaching and learning


Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students


Have experience working in an international school setting


Be expected to provide proof of a clean criminal record
