About This Role

Richmond Hill Academy is seeking an exceptional Class Teacher to join our highly committed and ambitious team. This role is central to the continued success of our academy, and we are looking for a colleague who is passionate about delivering outstanding learning experiences and helping our children achieve their very best. About You

You will be a colleague who:

  • Holds QTS (or is currently in training).
  • Demonstrates high expectations for all pupils and is committed to ensuring they achieve their full potential.
  • Has secure knowledge of the primary curriculum and what constitutes excellent teaching and learning.
  • Understands the importance of assessment for learning and uses assessment effectively to inform planning and improve outcomes.
  • Uses a range of teaching strategies to engage, support and challenge all learners, including those with SEND, EAL or complex communication needs.
  • Is reflective, open‑minded and committed to ongoing professional development.
  • Works collaboratively as part of a strong team and contributes positively to academy life.

Compensation

£30,000 - £46,525 (MPS/UPS Scale)
