About This Role
Due to a rise in student enrollment, Al Rabeeh Academy is on the lookout for a passionate, flexible, and dedicated Early Years teacher to commence in January.
Al Rabeeh Academy, which opened its doors in August 2017, is a stunning, purpose-built institution and is part of an expanding network of schools. Since 1979, the Al Rabeeh name has represented high-quality education and outstanding pastoral care in the city. As a bilingual private school serving students from FS1 to Year 13, Al Rabeeh Academy provides the English National Curriculum alongside Arabic. Applicants should be able to demonstrate:
- Comprehensive subject knowledge of the EYFS
- The capability to cultivate a dynamic learning environment
- Familiarity with current UK initiatives and developments
- A strong commitment to excellence in teaching and learning
- The ability to support creative learning and focus on fostering 21st-century skills and innovative environments
- Proficiency in using technology to enhance and extend student learning experiences
- Experience with analyzing data from internal assessments, standardized tests, and external evaluations to monitor student progress
- Experience in teaching EAL students is preferred, though not mandatory
The successful candidate will possess:
- Qualified Teacher Status (UK), a PGCE in Early Years/Primary Education, or a Degree in Education (Early Years/Primary Education)
- A minimum of two years of teaching experience in Early Years education
- A proven track record and confidence in teaching children aged 3-5
