(Teaching Qualification (e.g., QTS) & TRN or Equivalent Required)

Bangkok Patana School is on the lookout for a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Secondary Teacher of French (First & Additional Language) to become part of our exceptional team. This position entails teaching French across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5 to both native or near-native speakers as well as non-native learners. A strong capability to provide high-quality instruction at the IB level is crucial. We seek an educator who can ignite a passion for language, culture, and literature, making a significant difference in the lives of young individuals within a premier international setting.

Why Bangkok Patana?

Located in the lively city of Bangkok, you will experience one of Asia’s most dynamic environments, complete with a friendly expatriate community, excellent opportunities for professional growth, and a collaborative, supportive team atmosphere.

Is this a good fit for you?

We are in search of a teacher who possesses extensive subject knowledge coupled with the ability to instruct French to a diverse array of learners. You should have demonstrable experience in high-achieving schools, a proactive approach to teaching language and literature, and the adaptability to succeed in a diverse and ambitious international community. Highly flexible and collaborative, you will show outstanding communication skills and the capacity to cultivate positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.

The ideal candidate will teach French to both native/near-native speakers (equivalent to IB French A: Language & Literature) and non-native learners (equivalent to IB French B / Language Acquisition). While IB experience is preferred, it is not mandatory.
