Successful applicants must possess:
- A degree in education or a related field, such as a Bachelor’s in Education.
- A recognized teaching qualification, including a PGCE, QTS with an Induction Certificate, or equivalent (the PGCE must be paired with a relevant Bachelor’s degree).
- At least two years of teaching experience (international experience is beneficial but not mandatory).
- Excellent subject knowledge, with a strong background in teaching the British National Curriculum and experience in a secondary school setting.
- A passion for creating a student-centered learning environment.
- A dedication to professional development and a collaborative teaching approach.
- A proven history of delivering exceptional teaching and learning.
- A willingness to engage in extracurricular activities beyond school hours.
