Requirements and Experience:

Essential:

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree relevant to the teaching subject or an equivalent qualification.
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a similar credential.
  • Exhibit strong subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for the content that you are eager to share with our students.
  • Have experience teaching GCSE and A Level.
  • A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience is required, although new teachers aspiring to excellence will be considered.
  • Capable of delivering consistently inspiring lessons with a proven record of achieving outstanding results.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and a highly collaborative nature.
  • Provide evidence of commitment to recent professional development pertinent to this role.
  • Bring ideas that will enhance the department's profile within the school.
  • Possess ICT skills that reflect the integration of technology in contemporary classrooms.
  • Show commitment to the extracurricular program.
  • Dedicate yourself to the well-being and pastoral care of all students in your charge.
  • Maintain an innovative, creative, and positive mindset.

Desirable:

  • Experience working abroad or with international students.
