Established in 2017, our institution offers an inclusive, vibrant, and outstanding educational experience for an international student population from FS1 through Year 12 (2025-2026), with plans for organic expansion to Year 13.

Our cutting-edge campus is designed with separate buildings for each educational stage and features a 380-seat auditorium. Our facilities include three temperature-controlled swimming pools, well-equipped science and computer labs, specialized spaces for art, design technology, music, and drama, a library, two multipurpose sports halls, a full-sized football field, various outdoor play areas, and a spacious cafeteria. Spanning an impressive 292,000 sqft, our campus recently celebrated the completion of a new secondary building in August 2025, marking our most ambitious project to date.

Dubai Heights Academy implements the National Curriculum for England, customized to cater to local requirements, and enhanced with Arabic language, Islamic Studies, Moral Education, and Social Studies. We have also partnered with MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) to develop a tailored AI (artificial intelligence) project-based program for secondary students, alongside an early language initiative employing social robots for primary students, enriching our comprehensive curriculum further.

Job Overview

Dubai Heights Academy is seeking passionate and qualified Secondary Business Studies teachers who possess strong subject expertise and can contribute to continuous advancements in student achievement and progress.

We expect all applicants to be well-qualified, self-motivated, flexible, creative, and enthusiastic about joining a team committed to academic excellence.

Requirements

• A B.Ed. or a degree accompanied by a PGCE/PGDE or an equivalent qualification showcasing exceptional subject knowledge
• A minimum of 3 years' experience with the National Curriculum for England
• Experience teaching English from KS3 to KS5
• The ability to teach an additional subject is preferred
