BC Academy International School, located in Jumeirah 3, is in search of a passionate, flexible, and dedicated principal to guide the establishment of our new school branch. The ideal applicant should possess extensive experience and a solid history of enhancing school performance, along with expertise in all facets of the British Curriculum. Candidates will be expected to serve as a specialist in Teaching and Learning while overseeing the school’s administrative functions.

BC Academy International School stands out as a distinctive educational institution, accredited by KHDA for Primary, Secondary, and High School levels. Founded eleven years ago, the network aimed to provide multilingual education to young children. It has since expanded into a seven-campus organization, including two International Schools and five Kindergartens, with a new location in Dubai slated to open in 2024.

Our Requirements:
- A relevant degree and qualification
- At least 5 years of team management experience
- Familiarity with current UK educational initiatives and developments
- A strong commitment to excellence in learning, teaching, and educational leadership, with the belief that children can achieve high expectations in the right environment
- Ability to foster creative learning and develop 21st-century learning environments and innovation skills
- Proficiency in using IT to enhance and expand students’ learning experiences
