About This Role

PYP Primo (Early Years) Classroom Teacher

Bloom World Academy, situated in the heart of Dubai within a modern campus, is looking to hire PYP Primo (Early Years) Classroom Teachers for the 2025-26 academic year.

Our Story

Bloom World Academy opened its doors in August 2022, providing education for children aged three to 18 years. The school has made significant strides in rethinking educational practices in Dubai, benefiting learners, families, and educators alike.

At Bloom World Academy, we meticulously evaluate every aspect of learning and teaching—considering not only how we teach but also why we do so and the resulting impact. This thorough approach has resulted in numerous pioneering initiatives for the UAE. For instance, BWA is the first school in the UAE to start classes at 9am, allows each student and family to select their own learning pathways, and introduces a Learning Achievement Passport (LAP) for tracking performance and progress, shared with families multiple times a year.

Above all, BWA prioritizes family life, encouraging parents to be actively involved in school activities, work from our community café, attend workshops, and participate in our weekly community forum celebrations.

Our successful approach has exceeded expectations, prompting us to expand our team with a number of creative and dedicated teachers—expert practitioners eager to apply their skills in an innovative environment that values the art of teaching.
