The principal leads the day-to-day operation of the academy, shaping its strategic direction in alignment with the Trust’s vision Inspiring Excellence Together. They build positive relationships with pupils, staff, families, governors, and the wider community, ensuring the academy thrives as a proud village school and delivers exceptional outcomes for all children.
