The Ideal Candidate:
EIS is searching for educators who adopt a forward-thinking and imaginative teaching approach, possessing the expertise and vision to enhance the learning experience at either KS1 or KS2. We are seeking professionals who:
- hold relevant educational credentials (Degree in Education or PGCE)
- have at least 2 years of teaching experience
- are well-versed in the UK curriculum
- can proficiently teach phonics and other reading methodologies
- can create structured, engaging, and innovative learning experiences
- can implement a curriculum that is comprehensive and balanced, offering suitable challenges and support for every student
- consistently establish high expectations that inspire, motivate, and challenge learners
- nurture a well-organized and stimulating educational environment
- are skilled in integrating technology into their teaching practices
- understand the significance of consistently enforcing school policies
- appreciate Malaysia's multicultural landscape and are eager to engage with its rich cultures
- recognize that the educational journey at EIS extends beyond the classroom
- and are committed to exceeding expectations in their role.
