About This Role

BDC School (BE-DO-CREATE) is a fully accredited K-12 international bilingual school situated in Milan, Italy. The school is conveniently located across from Bocconi University and near the future Olympic Village site. BDC School promotes bilingualism and intercultural understanding, distinguished by its innovative Design Approach and the essence of "Made in Italy" that Milan embodies. Role Summary

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following profile:

- At least 3 years of experience at the Primary level
- A strong passion for teaching DRAMA
- Previous experience in a bilingual/bicultural international environment that follows the Cambridge Curriculum
- Experience working with ESL students
- A commitment to high standards along with a sense of responsibility and accountability
- Ability to ensure the smooth operation of daily class activities
- A strong belief in teamwork and collaborative learning
- Openness to a contemporary, interdisciplinary approach to "learning by doing"
- Enthusiasm for implementing the Design Approach through Transversal Project Learning
- Excitement to be part of a rapidly growing school community

Candidate Requirements:

- Relevant University Degrees and Qualified Teacher Status
- Native-level proficiency in English, with a good command of Italian preferred
- An EU passport or a valid VISA allowing employment in Italy.
