We are excited to announce a new opportunity within the highly regarded GEMS Founders brand in Dubai, set to open for the academic year starting September 2024. Located in a new residential area in Dubai, this school will deliver a high-quality British curriculum at an accessible price point.
We are looking to recruit an experienced Parent Relations Executive (PRE) who will serve as a vital liaison for our parent community. The PRE will assist the Principal in fostering a robust and engaged parent community, which is essential to the school's culture. This role is crucial for achieving enrollment targets, providing exceptional customer service to both new and current parents, and effectively marketing the school to relevant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and conduct school tours for prospective parents and visitors, showcasing the school’s unique selling points and presenting the institution in the best possible light to meet or exceed enrollment targets.
- Oversee the daily operations of the school’s Front of House/Reception, ensuring quality customer service for all new and existing parents across various touchpoints.
- Manage and continuously enhance the school’s communication platforms, such as newsletters, to keep the parent community informed about school activities, thereby driving customer and student retention.
- Organize events for parents and the community to foster engagement in school activities and celebrations, supporting the school’s initiatives for parent involvement.
- Promote the school by creating and sharing stories and photographs that highlight the school’s achievements, both academically and beyond, for GEMS internal newsletters and various communication channels (e.g., school website, LCD screens, newsletters).
- Create and manage content for social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Conduct regular surveys to gather feedback from new parents regarding the enrollment process and other pertinent topics. Analyze the responses and provide recommendations based on the findings.
- Collaborate with the Principal/CEO and the Corporate Marketing team to assist in the development and execution of the school’s marketing strategy, which is essential for driving enrollments, ensuring that all marketing materials, including digital communications, are up to date.
