Job Opportunity
The School is on the lookout for an exceptional Lower School Music Teacher to start in August 2026. This is a thrilling opportunity, as music is a rapidly expanding subject in our school, and we seek someone to help further advance the impressive progress we have made in this domain over the past five years. We have developed an outstanding orchestra that continues to grow annually, alongside a Band program, several chamber groups, an expanding rock group initiative, a thriving choir, and more. Over half of our students play musical instruments, and many are actively involved in school music activities. Last year, we hosted a remarkable concert at the Shanghai Symphony Hall, featuring talents from nine Harrow schools, leaving everyone inspired and in awe.
The successful candidate will also be an exceptional educator! All teachers, including the Head Master, maintain a teaching timetable, and we seek individuals who are passionate about teaching, capable of challenging a diverse range of student abilities, and who genuinely enjoy the company of children.
