Al Walaa Kindergarten School is looking for a dedicated and professional Lower Primary/Grade 1 Teacher to become part of their expanding Taaleem Charter School, starting in January 2025.

As a prominent educational institution in the Middle East, Taaleem is contributing to the UAE Vision and National Agenda 2021, alongside the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, in their mission to establish a "First Rate Education System" for every student. Charter Schools represent a third educational model in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, resulting from a unique collaboration between government and private sectors.

Since being awarded the management of four schools in 2019, our goal has been to elevate the quality of education, significantly impacting the present and future of Emirati youth. This initiative has expanded to six schools in August 2021 and nine schools in August 2022.

Al Walaa KG School offers the American Curriculum (New York Standards) within a purpose-built campus that features 18 classrooms from KG1 to KG2. The school is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and provides competitive packages for its international staff.

We are in search of an exceptional, committed, and resilient KG Teacher who is aligned with the long-term objectives of this initiative. Requirements - You will:
- Hold a bachelor's degree in education or a Post Graduate Certificate in Education/Early Years & Childhood Studies.
- Have recent successful teaching experience in Early Years/KG/Early Elementary School.
- Exhibit a flexible and enthusiastic approach with a can-do attitude.
- Be an innovative and reflective educator who is eager to learn.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a positive outlook towards both individual and collaborative professional development.
- Be fluent in English.
- Be available to commence in January 2025.
