About the Role:
Teaching assistants play a vital role in supporting the educational and social development of students under the guidance of the head teacher, SENCO, and class teachers. They must uphold professional standards in their interactions with students, their records, parents, and colleagues, in alignment with school and system policies. The Learning Support Staff will assist teachers in meeting the personal needs of children and ensuring their safety at all times.

This position is permanent and full-time, with an expected start date in September 2026.

Key Responsibilities:
• Actively participate in the school community, promoting its unique mission, ethos, and policies, while encouraging students to reflect these values.
• Comply with the school’s Health and Safety policy and conduct risk assessments as required.
• Supervise students both inside and outside the classroom, including during playtime and lunch periods.
• Take on additional responsibilities as they arise.

£30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
