THE ROLE

We are seeking an ideal candidate with a proven history of effective teaching and student success. While familiarity with the IB Primary Years Programme or Middle Years and Diploma programmes is preferred, exceptional educators from any curriculum background are encouraged to apply. A strong alignment with the IB philosophy and a commitment to the values of the Learner Profile are essential. A genuine enthusiasm for working in a non-selective, culturally rich environment is also a vital requirement. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess:

• A recognized professional teaching qualification at the degree level, such as a Bachelor of Islamic Education or a Bachelor of Education, or an equivalent credential.
• At least 3 years of teaching experience in Islamic studies within both Primary and Secondary School settings.
• The experience, personality, and educational philosophy to advance the educational agenda at this flagship GEMS World school, serving students from over 100 countries.
• A commitment to delivering outstanding teaching and learning experiences.
