Responsibilities:
- Engage in discussions with students, parents, and school officials about student performance and progress.
- Participate in educational conferences and attend teacher training workshops.
- Join staff meetings and collaborate with colleagues.
- Offer guidance to students regarding course selections and personal or vocational concerns.
- Assign and assess homework.
- Develop instructional materials and course content that align with the approved curriculum.
- Create, administer, and evaluate tests.
- Instruct students using diverse methodologies, including lectures, discussions, multimedia presentations, and practical field studies.
- Organize activities that promote physical, mental, and social development, as well as readiness for school.
