Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and enhance the Design Technology curriculum
- Promote exceptional teaching practices by integrating creative, technical, and industry-relevant skills
- Oversee student progress, utilizing data to guide intervention strategies and curriculum enhancements
- Ensure quality assurance through lesson observations, data tracking, and departmental planning
- Contribute to the school’s strategic vision and improvement initiatives, encouraging collaboration across subjects
- Assist the Senior Leadership Team in preparation for inspections and in the delivery of professional development in Design Technology.
