Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and enhance the Design Technology curriculum
  • Promote exceptional teaching practices by integrating creative, technical, and industry-relevant skills
  • Oversee student progress, utilizing data to guide intervention strategies and curriculum enhancements
  • Ensure quality assurance through lesson observations, data tracking, and departmental planning
  • Contribute to the school’s strategic vision and improvement initiatives, encouraging collaboration across subjects
  • Assist the Senior Leadership Team in preparation for inspections and in the delivery of professional development in Design Technology.

Compensation

£30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
