While previous experience in a similar role is beneficial, the main requirement is a strong commitment to working with young individuals in an educational context. Essential skills include proficiency in IT, specifically with programs like Photoshop and Excel, along with a solid understanding of health and safety procedures, particularly regarding young learners. These qualities are crucial for success in this position.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday), term-time only plus 5 days.

Contract: Fixed-term contract from 1st September 2026 until 31st August 2027.

Salary: Circa £26,000 gross per annum (FTE) and circa £21,000 pro rata for term time only plus 5 days.
