Bloom World Academy, situated in the heart of Dubai within a modern campus, is looking to hire a German Teacher to begin in August 2025.

Our Story

Bloom World Academy opened its doors in August 2022 and serves students aged three to 18 years. The school has made significant strides in redefining education in Dubai, benefiting learners, families, and educators alike.

Every element of the learning and teaching process at Bloom World Academy has been thoughtfully examined—covering how we operate, why we operate, and the resultant impact. This approach has resulted in several pioneering initiatives for the UAE. Notably, BWA is the first school in the country to commence classes at 9 am and allows each student and their family to customize their timetable (learning pathways). Additionally, every student possesses a Learning Achievement Passport (LAP) to track and share their performance and progress with their family multiple times a year.

Above all, BWA prioritizes family life—we encourage parents to engage with the school, utilize our community café for work, attend regular workshops, and participate in our weekly community forum celebrations.

German Teacher - the Position

Bloom World Academy is in search of imaginative and skilled practitioners for the position of German Teacher.

As an IB educator, you should exhibit a strong commitment to fostering international mindedness within your classroom and assist in promoting this ethos throughout the school. Familiarity with, or significant knowledge of, a student-centered inquiry-based learning model is essential. Candidates must possess exceptional interpersonal skills and a history of cultivating and sustaining strong professional relationships, along with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

We seek experienced educators passionate about enabling every child to achieve their potential and nurturing a classroom atmosphere where success is attainable for all. You should be prepared to teach students across various abilities and demonstrate a proven history of achieving excellent student outcomes.

While experience with the IB program is highly desirable, it is not mandatory, as training will be provided. As a practitioner, you should have the knowledge and experience to design rich, engaging, and challenging learning opportunities for students, possess a robust understanding of assessment and its application in the classroom, and, most importantly, have the passion to inspire students to reach their full potential and beyond.

Required Candidate Profile

- Proficient/advanced-level English language skills
- Proficient/advanced-level German language skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, along with a PGCE in Education with QTS or similar qualification
- At least three years of teaching experience in a reputable institution
- A proven track record of achieving outstanding student results
- Experience teaching the International Baccalaureate is preferred (professional training will be provided)
- Displays professionalism, enthusiasm, commitment, and integrity
- Possesses intercultural awareness, strong communication skills, and a willingness to engage with students and parents
