Key Responsibilities
- Track and evaluate student progress, delivering timely support and intervention as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with fellow department heads and school leadership to foster a unified educational environment.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere for all learners.
Ideal candidates will:

- Hold a BEd or Bachelor's degree with a PGCE / PGDE or equivalent qualification.
- Have demonstrable experience teaching English at the A level.
- Be skilled in sharing outstanding teaching practices.

- Possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, students, and parents.
