What will you do?
- Deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching that secures strong progress, attainment, and positive behaviour for all pupils.
- Plan, differentiate, and assess effectively, using data and feedback to support individual needs and drive continuous improvement.
- Create a safe, respectful learning environment, modelling high standards of conduct and promoting pupils’ wellbeing and safeguarding at all times.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external partners to support pupils’ development and contribute to the wider life of the school.
- Uphold professional standards, engage in ongoing development, and fulfil statutory duties in line with the Teachers’ Standards and school policies.
- Promote and safeguard the welfare of students, ensuring compliance with school policies and protocols.
What are we looking for?
- Qualified to bachelor’s degree level in relevant or allied subject
- QTS qualified
- Able to self-start, work independently and collaboratively as part of a team- whether led or leading
- Clear vision and understanding of how to implement and sustain a high-quality teaching and learning
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to delegate
- Commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of all students
