Job Requirements
- Support the Head of Secondary in realizing the strategic vision and ensuring operational excellence on a daily basis within the Secondary School
- Lead school improvement initiatives, self-assessments, and preparation for inspections
- Supervise teaching and learning to ensure high standards of engagement, achievement, and progress
- Oversee the implementation of the curriculum, assessment methods, and academic results
- Facilitate staff evaluations, performance development, and professional growth opportunities
- Promote excellent attendance, behavior, and overall student well-being
- Build strong relationships with parents and the wider community
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and Taaleem policies
- Contribute to enrollment growth and the achievement of business goals

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a Degree with PGCE/PGDE or QTS (or an equivalent teaching qualification)
- Leadership qualification or relevant training in educational management
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in senior or middle leadership roles within a similar setting
- Strong familiarity with international curricula and inspection frameworks
- Proficiency in English
