About This Role
Arcadia Global School Al Furjan is looking to hire a skilled **Classroom Coach** to commence in August 2025. The successful candidate will assist the Teacher in delivering a high-quality educational experience for students by aiding in classroom management and student supervision.
Arcadia Global School Al Furjan is a newly established institution offering a British curriculum. The school aims to become the preferred inclusive choice for families in the Al Furjan community and beyond, ensuring that every student is happy, engaged, and flourishing academically, socially, and emotionally.
**Requirements:**
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- A genuine enthusiasm for working with children and fostering their success
- Capability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented setting
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure during peak periods

- Collaborating with relevant teachers to effectively support the daily operations of the school day
- Aiding teachers in lesson preparation by organizing resources and setting up equipment
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly classroom environment
- Communicating professionally with parents when necessary
