Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement engaging, inquiry-driven lessons that spark curiosity, foster critical thinking, and instill a passion for learning.
- Establish a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that acknowledges and nurtures individual strengths and diverse learning styles.
- Adapt teaching methods to cater to the varied needs of all students, including those with English as an Additional Language (EAL), gifted learners, and those needing extra assistance.
- Utilize technology and innovative strategies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Effectively assess, document, and communicate student progress, leveraging data to guide teaching practices and provide tailored support.
- Collaborate with fellow educators in the development and refinement of curriculum plans, resources, and assessments aligned with the IB framework.
- Participate in the broader school community by engaging in co-curricular activities, events, and community initiatives.
- Foster positive relationships with parents and the wider community to support student development and wellbeing.
- Commit to ongoing professional growth and reflection to continuously enhance instructional practices.
- Embrace and promote the GEMS values and the IB Learner Profile in every aspect of school life.
