Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver stimulating and interactive Art lessons that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards.
- Develop and execute innovative teaching strategies that foster a passion for Art and enhance critical thinking abilities.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to cultivate a positive and supportive learning atmosphere.
- Ensure consistency in the delivery of curriculum material.
- Differentiating instruction to accommodate the varied learning needs of students.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity and exploration.
- Engage in parent-teacher conferences and maintain transparent communication with parents regarding their child's progress.
