About This Role
We are excited to announce an opening for a remarkable Teacher of Art to become part of our team starting in September 2026. For candidates with the right qualifications, there may be potential pathways into middle leadership positions such as curriculum leadership, Head of Year, ECA Coordination, or Head of Careers. GEMS FirstPoint School, which opened its doors in 2014, is a distinguished British Curriculum institution situated in the vibrant The Villa community. Currently, we provide exceptional educational experiences to approximately 2,000 students ranging from Nursery (age 2) through Year 13, with exciting plans for future growth.

Candidate Profile
•
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Art or a related field.
•
Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
•
Proven strong classroom practice with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
•
Dedication to inclusive education and personalized learning strategies.
•
Eagerness to contribute to the broader school community and foster a culture of professional learning.
