• Maintain clear and professional communication with teachers, specialists, and support staff.

• Facilitate positive, respectful communication with students and families when appropriate, under the SENCO's direction.

• Foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented team culture focused on shared responsibility for student success.

Program Support & Development
• Assist in organizing and preparing resources, documentation, and learning materials for SEN services.

• Support data collection, progress tracking, and record management in alignment with SEN systems and protocols.

• Share ideas, reflections, and observations to aid in the ongoing enhancement of Bellver College’s inclusion program.

Safeguarding & Professional Practice
• Adhere to safeguarding and child protection policies at all times.

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism regarding student information.

• Participate in professional development related to inclusion, neurodiversity, and student support.

• Exhibit reflective practice and a willingness to receive feedback and pursue growth.

• Experience in an international, bilingual, or culturally diverse educational setting.

• Familiarity with learning differences such as ADHD, autism, dyslexia, or similar profiles.

Skills & Attributes
• Warm, patient, and student-focused approach.

• Highly collaborative and capable of working under the guidance of the SENCO.

• Organized, adaptable, and responsive to the evolving needs of students.

• Strong observational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

• Commitment to equity, belonging, and strengths-based practices.
