About This Role

The British School of Barcelona (BSB) stands as a premier international educational institution and is a proud member of HMC. A recent inspection by BSO rated the school as outstanding across all criteria, including educational quality, safeguarding, student welfare, and academic results.

BSB is a large, highly regarded school catering to children aged 3 to 18. We follow the English National Curriculum and offer an extensive selection of GCSEs, A levels, and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, complemented by a robust enrichment program.

With over 2000 students from 74 different nationalities and a dedicated staff of more than 315, BSB operates across three campuses. Two are located just outside Barcelona in Castelldefels, where we provide Primary, Secondary, and Pre-University education, while our Primary campus in the vibrant town of Sitges adds to our offerings. Our BSB City campus, situated in the heart of Barcelona, includes a Foundation campus that opened in September 2021 and a new main campus that launched in September 2023. Looking ahead, we are set to unveil a cutting-edge campus in Maresme, east of Barcelona city, in September 2026.

Barcelona offers a remarkable lifestyle, blending a dynamic city experience with nearby beaches and mountains. Residents enjoy an excellent quality of life, characterized by a mild climate and year-round sunshine.

Currently, we are thrilled to announce an opportunity for a skilled Speech and Language Therapy (SALT) Assistant to join our outstanding team.
