About the Cambridge Programme
The Vinschool Advanced (Cambridge) Programme is a comprehensive bilingual initiative that integrates instruction across the Vinschool Education System, the Vietnamese national curriculum, and the Cambridge International Programmes.
Position Overview
We are on the lookout for enthusiastic, qualified, and certified primary educators to join our international teaching team for the academic year 2026–27. The successful candidates will be responsible for teaching the Cambridge Primary Programme, adhering to the applicable Cambridge International Curriculum Framework. Ideal applicants will possess relevant qualifications and experience, demonstrating a strong commitment to guiding students in both academic and extracurricular pursuits.
Key Responsibilities
•
Instruct students in Mathematics, English, Global Perspectives, and Cumulating Project in alignment with the Cambridge International Curriculum, with a teaching load of up to 20 hours each week.
•
Develop curriculum, lesson plans, and instructional materials for classroom teaching and activities, while managing information through the Learning Management System (LMS).
•
Modify teaching methods, learning strategies, and instructional resources to cater to the diverse needs and interests of students.
•
Evaluate student progress through assessments, monitor academic performance, and provide constructive feedback.
•
Set classroom standards, observe and assess student performance, behavior, social growth, and well-being.
•
Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, or guardians to discuss student development and address any behavioral or academic concerns.
•
Design and implement remedial programs for students needing additional support.
•
Participate in faculty meetings, professional development sessions, and school activities.
•
Organize and engage in extracurricular initiatives such as clubs and academic competitions.
•
Carry out additional professional tasks as assigned by the Principal/Director.
Qualifications & Experience
•
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelor in Primary Education.
•
A professional teaching qualification/license/certification is necessary.
•
Candidates with a Master’s degree will be given priority.
•
At least 2 years of professional experience (post-teaching qualification) in teaching primary subjects within a structured school environment is required.
•
Experience with the Cambridge International Curriculum is preferred but not mandatory.
•
Fluency in English is essential (minimum C1 level).
