About This Role

Varee Chiangmai International School is a fully accredited institution under EDT (Education Development Trust) and offers CIE (Cambridge Assessment International Education) following the British curriculum throughout key stages, culminating in IGCSE and A level qualifications. Following our latest inspection, we were recognized as a Good school with Outstanding features. We adopt a holistic approach to education and development, with a diverse range of extracurricular activities including arts, sports, creative clubs, and the Duke of Edinburgh award program. The school serves approximately 500 students.

The ideal candidate should:


Hold a degree or qualification in a relevant discipline.


Possess a PGCE or an equivalent qualification.


Be capable of teaching across all key stages and levels of ability.


Desirable: Ability to teach Key Stage 4 Physical Education IGCSE.


Utilize technology effectively to monitor student progress.


Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and be a collaborative team member.


Be adept at working with a diverse range of colleagues, students, and parents from various cultural backgrounds. Experience in a multicultural or international school setting is a plus.


Be prepared to support and accommodate ESL learners in your lessons.


Exhibit a flexible mindset as our school evolves and grows.


Be a positive and enthusiastic presence in the staffroom.


Engage fully in the extracurricular activities offered by the school.
