We are on the lookout for a skilled Examinations Officer and Data Manager to join our team. This vital position encompasses overseeing all facets of the examination process, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and keeping precise data records to bolster student success and school functionality.

Position: Examinations Officer and Data Manager
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Position Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the organization of both internal and external examinations.
- Manage exam schedules, locations, invigilation plans, and candidate registrations.
- Ensure adherence to examination board guidelines and timelines.
- Maintain precise records of student achievement data.
- Prepare reports for academic personnel, leadership teams, and external entities as necessary.
- Communicate with examination boards regarding registrations, results, appeals, or special considerations.
- Assist in managing data systems related to assessments throughout the school.

Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (minimum requirement).
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in examination administration or similar roles within an educational environment.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail in handling intricate processes.
- Proficiency in data management software; familiarity with examination board systems is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, staff, parents, and external organizations.
- Capability to perform under pressure while adhering to strict timelines.
