Job Overview:
The selected candidate will be tasked with creating dynamic physical education lessons that include swimming instruction, all in line with the UK curriculum. You will encourage students to enhance their physical abilities, advocate for healthy lifestyles, and nurture skills in teamwork and sportsmanship.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or a related field (minimum requirement)
- A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in physical education, ideally within a UK curriculum environment
- Proficiency in organizing and executing PE lessons across various sports, including swimming
- In-depth knowledge of health, fitness, anatomy, and safety protocols concerning aquatic activities
- Capability to inspire students of various abilities and backgrounds
- Strong communication skills for interaction with students, parents, and colleagues
- A certification or qualification in swimming instruction is highly preferred
